Une recette simplissime très apréciée ici , parfaite lorsqu'on est préssée .
Ingrédients :
*Pates (ici spaguettis)
*2 pavés de saumons
*40cl d ecreme liquide
*le jus d'un citron
*une pincée de noix de muscade
*sel,poivre
*persil
*1 c.a.c d'ail en poudre
*2 c.a.s d'huile de tournesol
Recette :
Faire bouillir de l eau avec quelques gouttes d huile et une pincée de sel.
Faire cuire les pâtes dedans.
Pendant ce temps , mettre la crème liquide et l'huile a chauffer et couper le saumon en dés.
Une fois la creme tres chaude, incorporer le saumon , ajouter l'ail,la muscade,le jus de citron,le sel,le poivre.
Couvrez et laisser reduire.
Une fois la sauce prête , saupourez de persil frais haché.
égouttez les pâtes et dressez dans le plat de service, ajouter la sauce par dessus et c'est prêt!
